The Plaza de Toros de Valencia is located in Valencia, Carabobo State, Venezuela. Built in 1968, it is currently the world’s second largest bullring, accommodating 25,000 people for bullfighting events. Besides bullfighting, this bullring is also used as a venue for concerts and markets. It is one of the most important bullrings in Latin America and a favorite spot for bullfighting enthusiasts.
In 1998, after 30 years of operation, the Plaza de Toros de Valencia underwent a major renovation to give it a more modern look. Additional seating was installed, increasing the capacity of the bullring. Grand bullfighting events frequently take place here, making it not only a venue for afternoon bullfight spectacles but also a cultural hub for a variety of events.
